Think of your head like a swamp. A swamp that doesn’t get a chance to drain. The information from our phones, laptops, news media and each other just keeps pouring in at a rate our brains cannot process. Holidays, events, gatherings, work commitments, relationships, successes and failures, all in a big Q waiting to be processed so that we can get up to date with ourselves and our experience of life. But our brain never gets a chance to drain and we never get updated – a bit like a PC that never finishes a software update.
